A project fee is for a fixed amount of time (anywhere from 4-12 weeks) and is payable at the start of your project. The fee is agreed on with the agency based on the below packages.
For longer engagements such as supporting tours, brands or companies we charge a monthly retainer.
Blocked hours towards a project work for clients who have a specific message they wish to communicate to the media.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are agreed on with clients upon commencing work.
Our project fees give an indicator of how many hours will be spent; these are based on a general hourly rate covering the time of the agency and its employees and associates. The higher the project fee the more hours you will receive. The hours are spread either over the project or month depending on the type of engagement and increase with amount spent, in other words, the more you spend, the more time you receive (retainer versus project).

Sometimes you just need access to our database of media, reviewers, contacts and expertise. This is our bare-bones package for those on a limited budget. This package is perfect for small festival shows, indie productions, emerging artists, bands and musicians and productions with limited budget.

– one round of follow-up pitching via email and phone to hot leads
– work to lock those responses into published media
